“The Hagan Scholarship has already started to change my life. The work requirement has pushed me to work hard this past year and will not only help me fund my college education, but has improved my work ethic. The minimum credit hour requirement helped me during the process of choosing my classes and the GPA requirement will be a constant reminder that every assignment and test is important.” 3265

“Rome, Italy. I enrolled in Roman Archaeology 101. The program lasted 34 days. Extracurricular activities that I took part in included work with refugees from the Middle East and excursions to various cities. One of my favorite memories was arriving in Sorrento. I have never been to a place more beautiful. It was a culturally rich city nestled into a mountainside overlooking the sea. This was absolutely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity; an experience I will be talking about for decades to come. It was completely out of my comfort zone but also one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.” 130
